Indian Gaming Distribution Fund grant makes a difference at vehicle accident.
On Sunday November 28, 2004 the Geyserville Fire Protection District responded to a vehicle accident with a person trapped on Hwy 128 near Chalk Hill Rd.
When units arrived they found a new BMW that had hit a tree and rolled over coming to a rest on the passenger side. Equipment used to
perform this rescue where purchased with Grant money from the "Indian Gaming Distribution Fund". The Local committee that distributed the money was led by the Dry Creek Rancharia Band of Pomo Indians.
