Welcome to the official home page of the Geyserville Fire Protection District. Founded in 1915 as the Geyserville Volunteer Fire Department, the Geyserville Fire Protection District was established in 1996. We are an all Volunteer Department who serves the communities of Geyserville, Alexander Valley, The Dry Creek Valley, the Geysers, and Lake Sonoma incorporating over 200 square miles of Fire, Medical and Rescue response.

The Geyserville Fire Protection District was established in 1996, the GFPD has been improving and changing ever since. Our website in the same way, to keep up with changes check out what's new.



Firefighters from Geyserville along with the US Army Corps of Engineers and Cloverdale Ambulance perform a low angle rescue of a motorcycle accident victim.

GEYSERVILLE LOSES ONE OF ITS OWN


The Geyserville Fire Protection District regrettably annouces the passing of long time assistant Chief Gene Saini. Gene passed away on October 31 2006 at his home in Alexander Valley. The 31 year veteren was 80 years old.
